Lower School Math Specialist (Part-Time) This part-time position is intended to supplement the work in mathematics accomplished within the regular classrooms by our lead Lower School teachers, and is intended to complement teachers’ work with Everyday Math by creating a math-rich environment in the Lower School and providing teachers with guidance and training in math pedagogy. Additionally, this individual would be teaching a small group of accelerated students on a daily basis. Math in Crane’s Lower School is currently taught in the morning, so this position needs to take place during the first half of the day.
