The beginning of a new school year is a time for fresh starts and healthy new habits. It’s a perfect time to rethink planning and packing your child’s lunch and snack. Crane already has waste free lunches on hot lunch day because of reusable tableware and composting. A waste free lunch or snack does not end up in the trash! We would like to expand this goal of trash free lunches to all lunch days and snack times.
