Founded in 1982, Parents for Crane (PFC) is Crane’s parent organization in which all Crane parents are automatically members. Their mission is to support the school. They work closely with the administration to identify areas of need and develop programs that will strengthen the school experience. Many of the school's most cherished traditions and characteristics (Thanksgiving Feast, Hot Lunch, Spring Benefit) originated as PFC ideas, and over time were incorporated into the regular functioning of Crane.
The PFC offers twenty committees to join or chair, and sponsors a variety of engaging and informative speakers. PFC meetings are held on campus on the second Tuesday of each month during the school year.
