Gardens
Experiential learning comes alive in our gardens. Our campus is sprinkled with different gardens: the upper garden, the lower garden, the kindergarten garden, and the micro-forest. They serve as outdoor classrooms to teach our students an appreciation of nature, put the fundamentals of the scientific method into practice, hone their problem-solving skills, and help mold environmentally conscious citizens. Children learn through feeling the soil on their hands, failed experiments, fast-growing beans, and cucumber taste tests, all the while filling our gardens with wide-eyed wonder and laughter.
Hands-on learning is at its best in a garden.
