Staying connected with alumni is so important to the success and history of the school. Young alumni provide valuable feedback and older alumni keep us connected to our historical roots. All alumni hold a special place in our hearts and our 90th anniversary celebrations were an opportunity to reach out to everyone that has created Crane's past.
All alumni receive the biannual On Campus newsletter where recent news, including alumni news, is highlighted. In addition, everyone receives the Annual Report which includes news articles alongside a listing of all financial contributors for the year.
Our recent alumni (current high school and college students) have at least one contact a year from a current Crane class, the most popular being the third grade/college freshmen project. Each third grader chooses a college freshman to write a personal letter to which is enclosed in a care package with homemade treats made by the third graders in the Crane kitchen.
In addition, there is a reunion for high school seniors and the years marking their 10, 15, and 20-year Crane graduations.
Currently, the school also has 15 Crane alumni who are now parents to 21 current Crane students.
